By accessing or using Daychat ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

Daychat is an iOS application that allows users to interact with their Google Calendar data through a chat interface. The App uses artificial intelligence technology provided by OpenAI to process and respond to user requests.

3. Google Calendar Integration

To use the App, you must sign in with your Google account and grant the App permission to access your Google Calendar data. We access and store locally up to 120 days of your calendar data to provide the service.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Data Usage

Your calendar data is stored locally on your device. We use OpenAI's API to process your requests and provide responses. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to this data processing.

6. Limitations of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App or any interruptions or errors in the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
